KONY 2012

There is a saying which says "To cut the head off the snake" meaning to defeat something by attacking the source.

It can be applied to many situations, but I like to think of the Joseph Kony situation as more of a pyramid type structure. To that effect, I have come up with my own saying:

"Cut off the top of a pyramid..."

" ...and nothing much happens, because the infrastructure of the pyramid is still intact..."

" ...and there are like a 77 million pyramids in the world. It's true. I googled it."

But that doesn't really scan very well.
